Whats the role
As a Human Resources Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our clients HR department. Youll work closely with the team and clients to understand priorities and ensure that daily HR operations run smoothly. In this role, you will handle a variety of project and administrative tasks that contribute to effective and efficient HR processes.

How you will add value
- Support in creating and maintaining accurate, up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation.
- Perform audits of HR records, ensure required documents are filed appropriately, and follow up on action plans.
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activities.
- Assist in reviewing HR processes, comparing them to system requirements, and recommending alignments to achieve project goals.
- Consult with the project team on deliverables and responsibilities to ensure successful execution within standards.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships by understanding needs, communicating progress, addressing roadblocks, and offering solutions.
- Support change management initiatives for smooth implementation of project deliverables.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR department and project team.
- Stay current on HR trends and best practices.
- Maintain integrity and confidentiality of all HR records and information.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
