🔥 What You’ll Do

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects ranging from $5–$10 million plus
• Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor proposals
• Develop project schedules and support planning using Primavera P6
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and vendors
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and maintain estimating accuracy throughout design phases
• Support bid preparation, value engineering, and preconstruction activities

💼 What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating
• Proven track record estimating $5M–$10M projects
• Primavera P6 proficiency is required
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, materials, and subcontractor trades
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and communication skills
• Ability to work under deadlines while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
