Job Type: Full-Time Over-the-Road (OTR) Company Driver
Location: Operating primarily east of I-35 (Midwest, South, and Southeast lanes) – No West Coast, No Far Northeast
Compensation, Pay & Benefits:
- Average Weekly Take-Home Pay: $1,820-$2,170 (via direct deposit, based on consistent performance)
- Average 3,000 Miles per Week
- Preplanned routs with our customer loads
- Assigned new, well-maintained trucks (late-model equipment for comfort and reliability)
- No-touch freight (primarily drop-and-hook)
Job Summary: We are seeking experienced Class A CDL drivers to join our OTR fleet hauling dedicated loads across the US. Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a tractor-trailer to transport dryvan freight
- Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD) and comply with all Hours of Service (HOS) regulations
- Manage schedules to meet pick-up and delivery commitments and maintain on-time performance
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, team and customer and follow route plans
- Adhere to all DOT, FMCSA, and company safety policies
Requirements:
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- Clean driving record (MVR\PSP)
- Minimum 3 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience
- Ability to pass DOT drug screen, background check, and medical exam
- Strong commitment to safety and professional driving habits
- Willingness to be out on the road for extended periods (typical home time every 14-21 days, depending on the account available)
