Job DescriptionCall Center Representative We are seeking a high?energy, goal?driven Call Center Representative to join our client's outbound calling team. This role is focused on high?volume outreach (300+ outbound calls per day) to connect with prospects, provide information, verify data, and support campaign objectives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast?paced environment, maintains a positive attitude, and consistently meets productivity targets. Key Responsibilities
- Place 300+ outbound calls daily to customers, prospects, or assigned contact lists.
- Follow call scripts and guidelines to ensure clear, professional communication.
- Accurately collect, verify, and update customer information in CRM systems.
- Identify customer needs, offer appropriate solutions, or route calls to the correct department.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance metrics including call volume, talk time, and conversion/engagement goals.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service on every call.
- Document interactions thoroughly and ensure data accuracy for reporting.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to continuously improve call quality and results.
Qualifications
- Previous call center or outbound calling experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to consistently handle high?volume, repetitive outbound calling.
- Strong communication skills, including clear speaking and active listening.
- Comfortable working with scripts and adapting to different customer scenarios.
- Basic computer skills and experience navigating CRM or call management systems.
- Ability to stay motivated in a metric?driven, fast?paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work scheduled shifts consistently.

- 100% remote
- Pay $16-$19 an hour depending on experience
