Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Wisconsin SLP license or eligibility
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience working in a school setting preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to devise and implement individualized therapy plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop IEP goals and deliver direct therapy services
- Document progress and manage caseloads efficiently
- Collaborate with teachers, other specialists, and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
- Provide consultation and resources to educational staff
