We are a growing, locally owned industrial electrical contractor seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a dependable, self-motivated professional who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a company that values quality and reliability.
We are looking to hire immediately. Candidates must have their own transportation and basic hand tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in industrial environments
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform diagnostics to identify root causes
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute projects efficiently
- Ensure all work complies with applicable electrical codes and safety standards
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults in machinery and production equipment
- Install, test, and calibrate electrical components and systems
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as an Industrial Electrician
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including high-voltage applications
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
- Hands-on experience with industrial installations, maintenance, and repairs
- Skilled in troubleshooting using appropriate tools and testing equipment
- Working knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
