Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Professional to provide therapeutic services, including assessments, individual and group therapy, and treatment planning, for clients with various mental health conditions.

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and intake sessions.
• Facilitate evidence-based therapy in person and via telehealth.
• Develop and review individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team through staffing sessions.
• Complete timely documentation and attend staff meetings.
• Qualifications include Minnesota licensure as LPCC, LMFT, LICSW, or working toward licensure with a master’s degree in behavioral sciences.
• Must have strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, and follow ethical standards.

Salary ranges from $53,000 to $65,000 annually, with benefits such as 401(k), flexible schedule, paid time off, and professional development. This full-time position offers hybrid work options, based in Sartell, MN.
