This full-time, onsite opportunity is designed for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) eager to support students from kindergarten through 12th grade in a school setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students K-12.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
- Maintain detailed records and documentation consistent with school and state requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold a valid Alabama Speech Language Pathologist License.
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in speech language pathology, preferred.
- Previous experience in school-based speech language therapy is highly valued.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with students, families, and school personnel.
