Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) 
Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary: We’re hiring LMHCs to provide virtual counseling services to clients across New York. This position focuses on helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, and daily life stressors through structured, goal-driven therapy.
Responsibilities:

<li>Assess client needs and implement treatment plans.</li>
<li>Keep thorough notes and documentation.</li>
<li>Adjust care strategies as progress develops.</li>
<li>Join virtual meetings for collaboration and support.</li>

Requirements
<ul>
<li>Current LMHC license in New York.</li>
<li>Master’s degree in counseling or related field.</li>
<li>2+ years of counseling experience preferred.</li>
<li>Tech-savvy and comfortable with telehealth platforms.</li>
