In this Layup Laminator role, you’ll work with composite materials to help produce critical aerospace components. Your attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions will directly impact product quality and production success. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, making it a great fit for someone looking to build a long-term career in aerospace manufacturing. Laminator Duties:
- Lay up composite materials on mandrels following manufacturing plans and work instructions
- Wrap molds with composite materials to prepare for curing and production
- Review documentation for accuracy and report any issues to a supervisor
- Ensure materials meet manufacturing specifications
- Verify part identification and complete required documentation
Schedule: Multiple Shift AvailableDay Shift
Monday to Thursday, 4:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.Swing Shift
Monday to Thursday, 3:00 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. Pay:$21.75 to $25.75 per hour Laminator Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in composite manufacturing
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
- Basic computer skills
