Job Title: Housekeeping Aide
Location: Total Rehab at Moorestown – Moorestown, NJ
Schedule: Full-Time | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Job Summary:
Total Rehab at Moorestown is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Aide to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, patients, staff, and visitors. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows infection control standards, and understands the importance of cleanliness in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing of resident rooms, common areas, offices, and restrooms

Maintain cleanliness of floors, surfaces, and furnishings according to facility standards

Follow infection control, safety, and OSHA guidelines at all times

Properly handle and dispose of waste and soiled materials

Replenish supplies such as soap, paper products, and linens as needed

Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate department

Work cooperatively with nursing and facility staff to support resident care
Qualifications:

Prior housekeeping experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be reliable, punctual, and professional

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift as required throughout the shift
