As aMortgage Data Entry Clerk, you’ll play a key role in supporting our legal operations by ensuring high levels of accuracy and efficiency in document preparation and administrative responsibilities. You’ll work independently while collaborating with a supportive team, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Payrate: $19-$20hr
Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Location: North Phoenix
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents with a keen focus on accuracy, grammar, and clarity.
- Manage multiple projects independently, prioritize tasks, and meet critical deadlines.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills by clearly addressing client and internal inquiries, both positive and challenging.
- Collaborate within a team environment, contributing to a positive workplace culture.
- Adapt to changing priorities and workflows with flexibility and professionalism.
- Maintain high standards of customer care and strive for continuous improvement through feedback application.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Typing speed of50 WPMor higher.
- Experience in the mortgage industry, escrow, servicing, or direct foreclosure preferred.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, maintain professionalism, and ensure attention to detail.
