Due to our growth, Rockwell Labs has a new position for a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Coordinator – International & Domestic to support our growing sales operations. This role serves as the primary coordinator for international distributor orders while also supporting domestic sales operations, special order processing, and sales team administrative needs.
The Sales Coordinator works closely with customers, distributors, sales representatives, operations, logistics, customer service, marketing, and technical teams to ensure orders, documentation, and customer requests are handled accurately and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing details, coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, and serving as a trusted resource for both customers and internal teams.
This position is not focused on direct selling. Instead, success is measured by organization, accuracy, responsiveness, and the ability to keep orders, documentation, and customer requests moving smoothly through the business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
International Order Processing & Customer Support
- Serve as the primary coordinator for international distributor orders from receipt through shipment.
- Process orders accurately and ensure pricing, product availability, and documentation requirements are met.
- Prepare and coordinate export documentation, including commercial invoices, certificates of origin, and other customer- or country-specific requirements.
- Work with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providers to facilitate international shipments.
- Maintain records related to international shipments and customer documentation requirements.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, documentation, and product availability.
Domestic Order Processing & Sales Support
- Process special domestic orders and provide backup support for domestic order processing functions.
- Coordinate with operations, planning, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers, distributors, and sales representatives.
- Assist with distributor onboarding, account maintenance, and customer communications.
- Resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Documentation & Compliance Support
- Assist with gathering and preparing customer- and country-specific product documentation.
- Coordinate requests for product labels, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), technical documents, and other supporting materials.
- Work closely with internal technical and marketing teams to provide required documentation to customers and distributors.
- Maintain organized records of customer documentation requirements and submission history.
- Support international registration and compliance activities through administrative coordination and document management.
Sales Operations & Administrative Support
- Help prepare sales reports, presentations, and other administrative materials as requested.
- Coordinate shipment of samples, literature, and sales support materials.
- Assist with trade show and customer meeting logistics as needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer service, and operational efficiency.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Sales representatives receive prompt support for samples, customer requests, and administrative needs.

Qualifications
Required
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, order management, logistics coordination, or a related role.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
Preferred
- Experience with international shipping, export documentation, or logistics coordination.
- Experience supporting distributors, manufacturers, or B2B sales organizations.
- Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems.
- Experience coordinating documentation for customers, vendors, or regulatory requirements.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, agricultural products, wholesale distribution, logistics, chemical products, or related B2B industries preferred.
No prior knowledge of pesticide regulations is required. Training will be provided. Successful candidates should be comfortable learning new processes and coordinating with internal technical and regulatory experts.
