<h3>Job Description</h3>
A rewarding opportunity for a licensed Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality care across pediatric and adult populations. You'll apply clinical expertise to assess, treat, and educate patients with respiratory needs in a dynamic healthcare setting.
 
What You’ll Do:
<ul>
<li>Deliver respiratory therapy under medical direction</li>
<li>Evaluate treatment effectiveness and document accurately</li>
<li>Educate patients, families, and staff on respiratory care</li>
<li>Support safe transitions across care settings</li>
<li>Participate in safety and quality initiatives</li>
</ul>
 
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Associate’s in Respiratory Therapy (Bachelor’s preferred)</li>
<li>Active Michigan RT license (must have prior to start)</li>
<li>NBRC certifications (CRT, Registry)</li>
<li>BLS, ACLS, NRP within 90 days of hire</li>
<li>Must live within 1 hour of Grand Rapids</li>
