Job Title: Escrow Support Processor
Position Type: Contract – Project (Potential Temp-to-Perm)
Location: 100% Onsite – Irvine, CA
Duration: 3 Months (with possible extension or conversion)
Work Schedule: Pacific Time | Between 6:00 AM – 5:30 PM PST
Pay Rate: Up to $20.14/hour
Job Summary
First American Financial Corporation is seeking an Escrow Support Processor to provide centralized clerical and operational support for residential escrow processes. This is a high-volume, production-focused role designed to support escrow branches by handling repetitive, detail-oriented tasks in a fast-paced environment.
The role is not customer-facing and focuses primarily on document processing, imaging, and internal escrow support functions. Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work under pressure are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities
- Scan, image, and archive escrow-related documents to ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance with quality control standards
- Process lender and buyer funds and support receipt-related activities
- Provide in-office escrow support, including fulfilling prior-to-doc conditions
- Manage HOA demands and remediation processes
- Perform escrow support functions at a national level
- Communicate instructions and updates to escrow branches and internal teams
- Handle repetitive, high-volume production tasks efficiently and accurately
Work Environment
- High-volume production role with approximately 6.5 hours of daily processing
- Tasks are repetitive and process-driven
- 100% onsite role
- Monthly one-on-one meetings with the manager to review production metrics and receive training
- Candidates will begin with 2 assigned processes and gradually build up to 17 processes as proficiency increases
