Located in the beautiful West Linn, Oregon, our residential treatment program specializes in helping adults overcome challenges related to Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and Exercise Addiction. Our holistic approach focuses on:

  • Fostering motivation and engagement in treatment

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Nurse Manager to help lead our nursing team during overnight shifts. If you are ready to make a difference, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations, medication administration, and medical treatment.
  • Participate in scheduling, leading, and developing nursing staff.
  • Ensure medical safety standards are upheld and that nursing practices align with licensing standards.
  • Liaise between administration, physicians, pharmacy, clinical staff, and clients on behalf of the Nurse Manager.
  • Share call rotation responsibilities with the Nurse Manager as part of this full-time, salaried-exempt leadership role.

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Registered Nurse license (or license eligible); pursuing or holding a BSN is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a nursing operations leadership role, ideally in a hospital or residential setting.
  • Experience in Professional Nursing for Mental Health or Behavioral Health populations is essential.
  • Strong communication and time management skills, along with a commitment to safety and teamwork.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification is required prior to starting work (we can help you obtain this if needed).
