Job Description
Elite Relief MD is a pain management and regenerative medicine practice in Davie, FL, led by Dr. Kelly DeSouza. We take an unhurried, patient-first approach to people living with chronic pain, offering a full range of treatment options including regenerative medicine. We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join us part-time, two days per week, on-site in Davie. As the practice grows, this role has the potential to become full-time.

- Compensation based on experience: $65-85 per hour.

What You Will Do
\n
- \n
- Evaluate and manage patients with chronic pain conditions, including comprehensive assessments, history review, and interpretation of diagnostics
- Develop and follow through on individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician
- Educate patients on pain management and regenerative medicine options
- Document accurately in the EHR and coordinate follow-up care

What We Are Looking For
\n
- \n
- Active, unrestricted Florida NP (APRN) or PA license with national certification
- Pain management experience strongly preferred; musculoskeletal, orthopedics, PM&R, or primary care backgrounds also considered
- Strong clinical judgment and a warm, clear communication style with patients
- Availability two days per week on a consistent schedule
- Fluent in English and Spanish required. Portuguese is a plus.
