2+ yrs experience in A/P department. Computerized accounting experience. MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills. Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and ability to work in a busy department.

  • Match invoices to documents
  • Enter data from invoices to accounting software
  • Process payments
  • Communicate with vendors and internal departments
  • Maintain vendor relationships
  • Good with math
  • Knowledge of general accounting principles

Eye for detail, good information retention. Reliability is vital in the role. Good job stability.

$25/hr. Temporary-to-hire

Hours are 6:30am-3pm, M-F.
