Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build Relationships: Connect with healthcare professionals, discharge planners, social workers, and other key referral sources.
  • Drive Outreach: Conduct calls, meetings, and events to promote our Assisted Living communities.
  • Facilitate Admissions: Guide prospective residents through the admissions process, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Promote Our Communities: Share information about care options, services, and amenities with potential residents and their families.


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Familiarity with client guidelines for customized living and residential care services.
  • Self-motivated and independent, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for senior housing and alignment with Sunflower Communities’ mission and values.


Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in Assisted Living sales, case management, or social work.
