Job DescriptionJob Title: Accounting/Office Clerk
Location: Dillsburg, PA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour Position OverviewThis position is responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and office support. Key areas include Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), warranty processing, inventory stocking, vehicle payoff coordination, data entry, title work and general administrative support.Key Responsibilities

  • Process Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions.
  • Handle warranty cancellations accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform general accounting duties and light title work.
  • Stock in vehicles and assist with inventory management.
  • Pay off vehicles for our Vehicle Buying Center operations.
  • Communicate with customers, sales managers, title office, and internal teams.
  • Perform data entry with a basic understanding of accounting principles.
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite for daily tasks.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned by the Controller.
  • Work independently, problem-solve, and support various office needs.

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Solid communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
  • 1 year of experience in data entry.

Preferred:

  • Associate’s degree in accounting or related field.
  • Familiarity with AR/AP processes and regulations.
  • Basic accounting experience.
