Responsible for supporting real estate transactions by providing a range of administrative and/or support duties to assist title processes as part of a production center, branch office, or member of a title team.

Skills/Experience:

The Post Closing Recording Specialist is responsible for submitting the recordable mortgage documents the to the individual recording jurisdictions/counties for recording. This will be done via an electronic platform or through a vendor. The Recording Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the recordable documents are fully executed and notarized properly. They will prepare any state required forms and/or review and state required forms for completeness and accuracy. Recording associate will update the system of record on progress of recording, as well, enter recording information, upload copies of recorded documents, and prepare recorded documents for shipment back to the client(s). The Recording Specialist may also interact with clients to provide data and/or to resolve recording issues.
