Job DescriptionLocated in Blue Ash, OH Salary: $30-35 an hour CNC Foreman / Machinist - 2nd Shift Location: Blue Ash, OH Shift: 2nd Shift Compenstion: $30-35 an hour Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Set up, program, and operate CNC vertical mills to produce precision-machined parts.</li>
<li>Interpret blueprints, work orders, and GD&amp;T specifications.</li>
<li>Perform fixture, vise, and tool setups independently.</li>
<li>Verify part quality and dimensions; maintain accurate records.</li>
<li>Ensure safe work practices and equipment maintenance.</li>
<li>Provide leadership and support to team members on the 2nd shift.</li>
</ul>
 Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Previous experience as a CNC Machinist is required </li>
<li>Previous experience as a Foreman is a plus</li>
<li>Previous experience with MasterCAM &amp; Fanuc is required </li>
<li>Strong understanding of GD&amp;T, setup, and machining processes.</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.</li>
