InSync Consulting is hiring Expanded Learning Program Paraeducators for a part-time opportunity in the Plumas Lake area. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting students in a fun and engaging after-school environment. Job Duties:
- Support students in an after-school expanded learning program
- Assist with homework and academic enrichment activities
- Supervise students and ensure safety at all times
- Facilitate recreational and structured group activities
- Encourage positive behavior and social development
- Collaborate with staff to create a supportive learning environment
Requirements:
- Experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude
- Must pass a background check
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday – Friday
- Hours: 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM (2 hours per day)
- Employment Type: Part-Time
- Pay: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour
