Responsibilities

Administer outpatient radiation therapy per treatment plan with accuracy and safety.

Review and implement patient treatment plans under radiation oncologist guidance.

Perform daily quality assurance checks on imaging and treatment equipment.

Maintain compliance with regulatory, safety, and privacy standards.

Document treatment interventions and maintain meticulous patient records.

Monitor patient responses and report adverse events promptly.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize treatment plans.

Stay current with advances in radiation therapy techniques and technologies.

Educate patients and families on therapy process, expectations, and aftercare.

Meet and exceed defined performance targets and contributing to pipeline goals.

Participate in on-site mentorship and contribute to a culture of merit-based advancement.
Experience/Qualifications

Proven clinical experience administering outpatient radiation therapy per treatment plan.

Detail-oriented QA checks on imaging and treatment equipment daily.

Strong knowledge of regulatory, safety, and privacy standards in radiation therapy.

Ability to monitor patient responses and promptly report adverse events.

Accurate documentation of interventions and meticulous patient record-keeping.

Collaborative mindset to work with multidisciplinary teams on treatment optimization.

Engagement with continuous learning and staying current with RT techniques and tech.

Track and meet defined performance targets and contribute to pipeline goals.
