Have 6 months of high-volume sewing or tailoring experience? A medical equipment manufacturing company in Tualatin is hiring multiple Industrial Seamstress for their Sewing and Cutting Department! This company manufactures critical medical devices used by EMTs and Paramedics, including splints, tourniquets, and other life-saving equipment. This full-time, temporary-to-hire Industrial Seamstress role is perfect for someone with sewing experience who is reliable, detail-oriented, and wants to grow their skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Industrial Seamstress Job Duties:
- Sew splints, tourniquets, and other medical products using basic stitches and straight-line sewing
- Prepare and handle materials for sewing and cutting processes
- Maintain an organized and clean workstation to ensure quality and efficiency
- Follow quality, safety, and production procedures
- Support the sewing team to meet production goals
Schedule: Swing shift, Monday-Friday 1:30pm-10pm
- Training: Monday - Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (3-4weeks)
Pay: $19.50-$22/hr depending on experience Industrial Seamstress Job Requirements:
- At least 6 months of high-volume sewing, tailoring, or seamstress experience
- Comfortable performing repetitive work
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to Tualatin, OR
