Job DescriptionClinical Psychologist – Veteran Disability Assessments
Our organization is in search of a committed Clinical Psychologist to join our team, focusing on conducting medical evaluations for U.S. Veterans as part of the disability benefits assessment process. In this role, you will utilize a secure web portal to review behavioral health records and perform thorough in-person evaluations for each Veteran.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform in-person disability assessments for U.S. Veterans.
- Analyze and review electronic medical records through a secure web portal.
- Document examination findings accurately and complete necessary VA forms.
Important: This position does not include treatment or medication prescription. Disability decisions are made by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), not by the psychologist.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM).
- Location: In-person role.
- Caseload: An average of 4 Veterans per day.
- Equipment Provided: Computer and all necessary documentation tools.

- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in electronic documentation and web-based systems.
- A professional and empathetic approach when engaging with Veterans.
Requirements:
- Possesses a Ph.D. or Psy.D from an APA Accredited program/school.
- Holds an active and unrestricted psychology license.
- Comfortable using technology for record review and documentation.
