Job Overview:
The Customer Service Manager will oversee daily customer service operations, support and mentor team members, and handle customer interactions with professionalism and care. This role requires exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—along with strong organizational abilities to keep our department running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and support the customer service team to deliver exceptional service.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy.

  • Monitor and improve customer service processes to ensure efficiency and quality.

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and maintain smooth workflow.

  • Handle escalated customer concerns and work toward positive resolutions.

  • Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed.

  • Track and report on key customer service metrics.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).

  • 2+ years in customer service or administrative roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership capacity preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.

  • Ability to type at least 50 words per minute.

  • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and strong problem-solving skills.

  • Able to adjust to evolving business needs and collaborate across departments.

  • Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
