Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:
- Hold an active NJ Special Education Teaching license
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Successfully pass a background check and drug screening
- Experience working with students who have varied learning needs is strongly preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Commitment to inclusive education and differentiated instruction
Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and small group instruction to students with diverse learning profiles
- Collaborate with general education teachers, related service providers, and families to ensure student success
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Adapt curriculum materials and teaching strategies to meet each student’s unique learning needs
- Maintain comprehensive records and provide ongoing progress reports
- Foster a safe, respectful, and positive classroom climate
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and school initiatives
