Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Daffan, TX

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a licensed and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in Daffan, Texas. This role provides a rewarding opportunity to support K12 students in developing essential communication and language skills while working closely with teachers, families, and school staff to ensure both academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify students speech, language, and communication needs

• Design and implement individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals

• Provide direct and consultative therapy services in both individual and group settings

• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success

• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines

• Monitor student progress and adapt therapy strategies as needed

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Active Texas SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs are welcome to apply

• Previous school-based experience preferred but not required

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
