Requirements

Proven kitchen experience required

Experience with tapas, Mediterranean, Portuguese or Spanish cuisine a strong plus

Strong organization and attention to detail

Knowledge of FIFO, food safety, and sanitation standards

Food Safety Certification required (or ability to obtain immediately)

Able to work in a fast-paced, structured kitchen

Weekend and evening availability preferred

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
