**Job Summary:**
As an Outdoor Pursuits Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading outdoor recreational activities for participants.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience leading outdoor activities and coordinating events.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of outdoor safety protocols.

**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement outdoor adventure programs for participants of all ages.
- Coordinate logistics for outdoor trips, including transportation, equipment, and permits.
- Lead and supervise participants during outdoor activities, ensuring their safety.
- Instruct participants on outdoor skills and techniques.
- Evaluate program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.

**Additional Requirements:**
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
- Comfortable working in various outdoor environments and weather conditions.
- Physical fitness and stamina to participate in outdoor activities alongside participants.
