Background on the Position
The Operations Division is currently seeking high performing individuals with one to three years of work experience who exhibit strong leadership potential, communication skills, attention to detail and a strong desire to succeed in a fast paced and challenging work environment. The Operations Division partners with Credit, Business Unit, Finance, Legal, and Technology to execute the Firm's Institutional, Retail, and Asset Management businesses by developing strong client relationships, collaborating closely with its business partners supporting and settling transactions, devising and implementing effective controls, to enable to development of new structures, businesses, and markets. Private Banking Operations supports the Private Banking Group, providing operational support to the Bank and Broker/Dealer Lending Products, Deposit Products, Banking Services, Collateral Monitoring, Margin Operations and Vendor Management.
In this Role
You will establish and maintain effective relationships in order to deliver world class service to internal teams across lending products. Internal client interactions are provided to Financial Advisors, Private Bankers, Branches, Transactors, Asset Managers, and other internal employees. Successful candidates will have an interest or familiarity in one or more of the following: AML/KYC, Cash Management, Loan Servicing, Regulatory Reporting, Business Management, Projects, Wealth Management and Client Services.
Primary Responsibilities
Tailored Lending Operations is responsible for the onboarding, servicing, and ongoing operational support of Tailored Lending loans. Key responsibilities include loan origination support, loan documentation review, execution and control of disbursement and payment requests, financial reconciliation, document management, issue research and resolution, audit-related data and documentation support, and coordination with Field, Product, Technology, Finance, Credit, and external vendors supporting the loan platform. The analyst will also support the following activities:
-Loan processing and servicing
-Reviewing control reports
-Participating in projects and testing initiatives
-Maintaining departmental metrics
-Updating policies and procedures
-Supporting automation and transformation initiatives
Skills and Experience
We are looking for resourceful and dedicated candidates with one to three years of work experience who possess the following attributes:
Required
-This is a hybrid position, 3 days in office attendance is required
-Ability to work Operational hours starting at 8:30 A.M. local time, including occasional weekends and overtime when needed
-Ability to balance multiple priorities, operating in a demanding and fast-paced environment while demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and personal accountability
-Convey disciplined work ethic and have an enthusiastic ‘can do’ attitude while delivering white glove service
