Project Management & Installation, Inc. is a full-service office furniture installation, relocation, & reconfiguration company located in Sanford, FL. PM&I has an excellent opportunity for a Furniture Installer where commercial moving experience would be helpful and systems furniture knowledge would be outstanding. We run crews daily delivering and installing office furniture throughout the Central Florida area.

Responsibilities/Skills/Requirements:

• Deliver & Assemble Office Furniture, Seating and Panel Systems
• Ability to read blueprints and specifications, read and understand delivery tickets, and product tagging information
• Loading and off-loading of box trucks
• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs on a regular basis & operate basic hand tools
• Must be willing to work overtime when needed including nights and weekends
• Must have positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Demonstrates problem solving skills with attention to detail
• Always adhere to company dress code and safety procedures
• Experience with systems office furniture is preferred, but we will consider applicants with comparable experience and mechanical skills
• 1-2 years’ experience desired
• Hourly rate is based on knowledge and experience
• Experience Driving Box Truck (not required to have CDL)

Basic Tool Requirements:

• Tool Bag
• Cordless power drill - 12v or better
• Torpedo level
• Tape measure
• Assorted bit sets - including hex bits and square bits / Applicable quick changes for cordless power drill (long, short)
• Ratchet and socket sets
• Non- marking rubber mallet
• Pry bar'
