We are looking specifically for applicants who have previous hands-on experience with automobile maintenance and/or worked in an automotive service environment. You’ll be expected to handle responsibilities independently, but we will provide training on the management system.
Position Overview
As a Client Advocate, you’ll be the face of the shop—welcoming clients, understanding their service needs, and working closely with our technicians to ensure timely and quality service.
Key Details:
- Full-Time (40 hours per week
- Immediate start
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with service scheduling
- Provide clear, accurate estimates and explain service recommendations
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
- Handle client concerns with professionalism and care
- Maintain service records and update client files
Required Qualifications
- Automotive experience is required (service advisor or technician)
- Solid knowledge of car maintenance and repair terminology
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Must be dependable and organized
- This position must not be your only source of income
