Join our team as an Assembly Worker in an industrial manufacturing environment. You will utilize various hand tools, power tools, and small machinery to assemble products according to Standard Work Documentation, Manufacturing Instructions, and Quality Plans. You may perform electrical assembly and soldering, and test bearings by running them through thread rolls. The role includes assembling actuators for various products, all under 30 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Perform assembly tasks in a team setting using hand and power tools.
- Follow Manufacturing Instructions and Quality Plans to ensure high-quality assembly.
- Engage in electrical assembly and soldering as needed.
- Test bearings using thread rolls for quality assurance.
- Assemble actuators for products such as Bobcat and Mercury Marine.
- Work with products weighing 30 lbs or less.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Experience in manufacturing, packaging, and inspection.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard work documentation.
- General labor skills including lifting and packing.
- Capability to work on an assembly line and measure using tape.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and good attendance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
