Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a CCC or CFY credential is needed to support K-12 students in Woodbridge, VA. This position offers a valuable opportunity to provide essential speech and language services throughout the 2025-2026 school year under a contract arrangement.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLP certification with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion
- Experience working with children in a K-12 educational setting preferred
- Willingness to engage in supervision as needed
- Commitment to a full-time schedule for the entire school year
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to facilitate student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate actively in meetings and professional development opportunities
