Confirmaciones FCL y LTL:
Solicitar confirmaciones de ordenes.
Verificar confirmaciones recibidas. (fechas entregas/recogidos, números de manufactura de ítems, total de cajas ordenadas)
Notificar discrepancias a compradores.
Realizar cambios en AS400 de acuerdo con la confirmación.
Bookings FCL:
Trabajamos solicitud de bookings a ATEC(Crowley), Eagle(TOTE), Transnow(Crowley).
Tenemos carga CIF, a la cual pedimos compartan los bookings para darle seguimiento.
Verificar que fechas de zarpe y llegada a PR estén correctas en Booking accediendo a portal de línea marítima.
Carga suelta a consolidar en Eagle Logistics:
Para los suplidores que recogemos para llevar a Eagle. Hay que solicitar recogido con Eagle Logistics.
Emails:
Pendiente a emails de revisiones, ya sean en confirmaciones o bookings.
Notificar cambios a compradores, carriers y suplidores de estas revisiones recibidas.
Tablas con información de todas las ordenes – Separado entre LTL y FCL:
Actualizar tabla diariamente.
Marcar fecha en que se verifico confirmación.
Anotar Booking a los que lleven.
Crear reporte semanal, sorteando por semana.
