What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Handle email correspondence, document organization, and basic reporting
- Support leadership with scheduling, coordination, and follow-up items
- Maintain accurate records and office files
- Assist with internal processes and company-specific applications (training provided)
- Help keep office workflows organized and running efficiently
Requirements
- 2–3 years of prior office management or administrative experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with basic office software (email, spreadsheets, documents)
- Ability to work independently in a small-office setting
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated
