Position: ALLIED-Respiratory Therapist (Travel/Contract)

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments to patients as prescribed.

• Monitor and assess patient progress and response to therapy.

• Educate patients and families on respiratory health and treatment plans.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient care strategies.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments.

• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in therapy delivery.

• Utilize performance metrics to track and improve personal success.

• Engage in team meetings to discuss patient care and performance outcomes.

• Identify and address any issues affecting patient care or therapy effectiveness.

• Assist in the development of respiratory care protocols and procedures.

Experience/Qualifications

• Valid state license as a Respiratory Therapist in New Hampshire.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

• Experience in administering respiratory therapy in clinical settings.

• Ability to educate patients and families on respiratory care effectively.

• Ability to utilize performance metrics for personal success tracking.

• Strong understanding of respiratory health and treatment protocols.

• Proficient in maintaining accurate patient documentation and records.

• Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards in therapy delivery.
