What Youll Do:
This role isnt one-size-fits-all.While we have key responsibilities, were excited to shape the role around your strengths and interests.
- Research industry trends and
topics for content relevance and
accuracy
- Create content (creative +
copy) for social media, blogs, and newsletters
- Contribute to multi-channel campaigns, from ideation to reporting
- Assist with additional marketing tasks as needed or desired

- Self-Driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- A strong communicator who isnt afraid to ask questions or try new things
- Curious about the full marketing mix, from social to content to strategy
- Excited by the possibilities of using AI tools in your workflow
- Passionate about learning and making meaningful contributions
Bonus Skills and Experiences (Not Required, But a Plus!)
- Canva or other design platforms
- Social media content creation (especially LinkedIn)
- Design, copywriting, SEO, and research
- Familiarity with Kalosys industries and practice areas

- Hourly Pay:$10$16/hour, based on experience and location
- Hours:1015 hours/week, with flexibility and potential to increase
- Remote:Must have a computer, reliable internet connection, and webcam
