A school-based Occupational Therapist (OT) is needed for a contract position serving a mixed K-12 caseload across multiple buildings in Wyoming, MI. This role involves providing therapy services to students, addressing their individual needs to support their educational goals and daily functioning within the school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students K-12.
- Provide direct OT services to support fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy goals within the school day.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies.
- Adapt interventions to meet the diverse needs of students across several school buildings.
