Working in a fast pace office, must be able to work with others aswell as work/think on your own.
Answering phone and scheduling customer appointments, confirming appointments, Dispatching technicians, filing, entering customer information on accounts, some payables entry, light office cleaning.
Typing skills is a must.
Using Microsoft word and excel is a must.
Full Time position Monday through Friday.
Must have a resume with office experiance.
