Window Genie is Seeking an Administrative Assistant /CSR

Candidate Must Possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with customer concerns
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required


Job Description:


  • Coordinate daily scheduling for a fleet of 5 trucks. Assigning work to appropriate trucks based on geographic locations.
  • Ability to create and follow through with leads from inception to completion.
  • Answer incoming calls, and emails.
  • Calling current customers to schedule services.
  • Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data.
