Window Genie is Seeking an Administrative Assistant /CSR
Candidate Must Possess:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customer concerns
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
Job Description:
- Coordinate daily scheduling for a fleet of 5 trucks. Assigning work to appropriate trucks based on geographic locations.
- Ability to create and follow through with leads from inception to completion.
- Answer incoming calls, and emails.
- Calling current customers to schedule services.
- Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality of data.
