What You Bring to the Table
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with proven NetSuite experience and at least 3–5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably in retail, multi-location, or high-volume environments. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end processes, and ensuring reliable financial data using NetSuite as the core ERP system in a fast-paced retail setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily financial transactions in NetSuite, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and general ledger entries
- Perform bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and inter-company transactions across multiple retail locations
- Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments to ensure accurate period-end financials
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including preparation of supporting schedules and reconciliations
- Generate and analyze financial reports and dashboards directly from NetSuite to support management and operational decision-making
- Maintain fixed asset records, process depreciation entries, and support inventory-related accounting in coordination with retail operations
