As the Director of Training for TIMEPROOFUSA, you will be the driving force behind the development, performance, and long-term growth of our nationwide sales force. Youllarchitect high-impact training strategies, lead the creation of scalable programs, and ensure every sales representativefrom new hires to seasoned veteransreceives elite-level coaching that reflects our brands standards of excellence. Through leadership, innovation, and hands-on field involvement,youllshape the future of our entire outside sales organization.
WhatYoullDo
- Lead the continuous improvement of all sales training programs including skills development, leadership training, and nationwide initiatives.
- Develop, refine, and oversee all training materialsscripts, presentations, manuals, digital resourcesto ensure consistency with Time Proof USAs sales standards and brand messaging.
- Partner with Sales Directors, Regional Leaders, and Operations to ensure training supports company goals, enhances performance metrics, and accelerates rep ramp time.
- Analyze performance data, KPIs, and training effectiveness; implement improvements that elevate close rates, conversion, and overall team productivity.
- Conduct field evaluations, ride-alongs, and performance audits to ensure training translates into real-world results.

What It Takes to Succeed
- Proven experience as a Training Director, Senior Sales Trainer, or Sales Leader with a strong record of developing high-performing teams (home-improvement or residential in-home sales experience strongly preferred)
- Expertisein in-home sales processes, closing techniques, customer experience, and high-ticket residential sales
- Ability to lead multiple training programs and initiatives simultaneously
- Valid Drivers License and ability to travel regularly for regional and national training events
- Ability tosubmitto and pass a background check
