Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential coverage during multiple maternity leaves within an elementary school setting in Andover, MN. This full-time role (37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday) offers a unique opportunity to support students through direct therapy services in a 3:1 service delivery model, with three weeks of direct services followed by one week of indirect support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to elementary students, including those in Setting III CDC programs
- Follow a 3:1 service model: three weeks of direct therapy services followed by one week of indirect services
- Manage caseload with therapy-only responsibilities; evaluation duties are handled by a separate team
- Provide onsite services across multiple school locations for specific periods during the contract
- Collaborate with school staff to support student communication goals and progress monitoring
Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid SLP credential suitable for school settings; candidates with CCC certification or those who are Clinical Fellows (CF) are encouraged to apply
- Experience working with elementary age students and knowledge of school-based speech-language pathology practices
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload including students in special education settings
- Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate care across multiple sites
Additional Information:
- The caseload consists primarily of elementary-level students with typical needs as well as some students requiring more specialized support
- This contract covers several maternity leaves with varying onsite requirements across different schools, including Brooklyn Center and Blaine locations
