The Regional Support Manager is responsible for assisting the Regional Director with multiple accounts as outlined below and administrative duties in support of the TopHAT corporate office to promote the achievement of set long-term goals for TopHAT Logistical Solutions, LLC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee new account start-ups to include recruitment of employees and contract carriers and support new management through the onboarding process.
- Assist with staffing strategies to meet effectively meet needs for all locations.
- Provide Stand Up Stage updates weekly to include pictures, safety topics, etc.
- Provide updates for each location visited.
- Ensure coverage of responsibilities for staff vacations.
- Oversee and manage audits for all locations.
- Manage and maintain tacking of daily snapshots, truck inspections and weekly truck audits.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Employment Type & Hours:
- Full-time position that will consist of 40 hours per week.
- Hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, M-F
- Possible overtime during peak season
