Crew Leader Mowing
Interview today and start immediately! Looking for a take charge, hardworking, self-motivated Crew Lead mower to join our team and run the grass team! Previous experience in the lawn services field and supervisory experience is required. Task will included mowing, weed whacking, blowing and operating multiple different commercial mowers, trucks, trailers, and equipment. Starting pay is $18-$24 an hour based on experience. Must have Mon-Fri availability from approx. 7:15am to 5:30pm.

The Impact You'll Make
As a Crew Leader, you’ll be the driving force behind overseeing our grass team and mowing operations, guiding your team to operate safely, efficiently, with strong attention to detail in execution.
What You'll Do
- Lead and motivate a crew of 1 to 2 team members per team and potentially multiple crew teams on time and to the highest standard.
- Operate and maintain a variety of commercial mowers and equipment.
- Optimize mowing routes, direct workflow, use company tablet to interpret scope of work and document job completion.
- Communicate with clients on-site to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Assist in training new crew members on safety, efficiency, and quality standards.
What You'll Bring
- Previous mowing and lawn services experience (must have industry specific supervisory experience).
- Hardscaping experience is a plus!
- Snow removal experience is a plus!
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
- Strong communication skills and a knack for motivating a team.
- Working knowledge of mowing best practices and able to work in a fast-paced environment, driving productivity, efficiency, while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Proficient ability to safely operate and maneuver company vehicles, trailers, and commercial mowers.
- A positive, can-do attitude even when the sun is blazing or the schedule is tight.
- Ability to troubleshoot, maintenance, and repair basic power tools and equipment is a plus!
