<p>Job Description IMKO and a local Siouxland bank have an opening for a Full Time Customer Service Position. Hours will be: Days: Mon – Fri 8:15 AM – 5:45 PM with ONE Saturday a monthCustomer Service Representative Responsibilities are, however, not be limited to:

<li>Resolving account issues </li>
<li>Customer Service - Answering calls and questions about accounts</li>
<li>Maintain Customer and bank confidentiality </li>
<li>Explaining Products </li>
<li>Handle complex request</li>
<li>Relationship building, cross selling bank products </li>
<li>Customer retention</li>
</ul>
