Located in a vibrant munity northeast of Portland, this contract position offers an exciting opportunity for psychologists in the educational sector. The role focuses on providing essential psychological evaluations for K-12 students, particularly within a Dual Language Immersion program.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Valid state licensure as a School Psychologist
- Strong understanding of Response to Intervention (RTI) principles
- Experience in conducting psychological evaluations and assessments
- Familiarity with dual language programs and their assessments
- Excellent munication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations for students referred for initial assessments
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) based on evaluation results
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to implement intervention strategies
- Attend and participate in all required meetings and professional development
- Provide consultation to educators regarding students psychological needs
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of evaluations and findings

This role runs from now until June 17, 2026, with a schedule determined on a case-by-case basis for each evaluation. Conducting up to five evaluations throughout the school year, you will play a crucial role in supporting students educational needs.
